Editors and journalists simply register with a short version of the editorial project and receive the festival press badge. In addition, the festival's own press centre may be used. We will provide participants, jury members, VIPS and winners by request. All necessary preliminary work regarding reproduction rights and arrangements with legal guardians will be taken care of by us in advance.
On-site interviews with participants and editorial projects are free of charge. The use of published materials on the festival's websites and its social media is also free of charge.
The festival and its contents are programme format - if you intend to implement your own editorial format, please support the festival and its organisation in advance with your donation. Additional expenses for follow-up events such as travel, accommodation, support, catering and logistics are to be covered if necessary. In the case of editorial accompaniment to follow-up competitions or events abroad, you bear your travel costs. We provide access to events such as rocket launches, space camps or international space centres. We provide our own raw material at cost price if requested.
The only condition for any accreditation is the submission of your work documenting our community service and the protagonists' CVs in PDF, MP3 and MP4 formats. Download links which are sent by email or uploads in your account will be accepted. With an accreditation you agree that the costs and research expenses for not delivered and possibly to be purchased documentary material in the archive of your editorial office will be reimbursed by you.
